Training Modules

FLAME trains students in classrooms and for boardrooms, just the same. We have special modules for students to help prepare them for their placements. FLAME conducts mock interviews and workshops that help students prepare for the companies that come on campus. The training modules help students sharpen their communication skills, teaches them what to expect in interviews, and how to prepare for them. FLAME realizes that a training module before the actual interview acts as a rehearsal. However, the preparations help students perform better in their recruitment interviews.
