BIO

Prof. Nishant Sapra holds a blend of experience in academia and industry. He is a Fellow (FPM) from the Management Development Institute (MDI) Gurgaon and was awarded a Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) by the University Grants Commission. He holds a Master's Degree from the Delhi School of Economics and completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Zakir Husain Delhi College, Delhi University.


Prof. Sapra has a total work experience of over three years. Previously, he served as a guest faculty at Cluster Innovation Centre and Maharaja Agrasen College, both part of Delhi University. He has been involved in a venture with PAN India delivery of two-wheeler spares and lubricants. He has published numerous research papers in journals of international repute, including ABDC-A, along with a teaching case published with Richard Ivey (Harvard Listed). His research article received the Best Research Paper Award at Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, India, in 2023.


His research interests are in the fields of Blockchain Application in Accounting & Finance, Sustainable Finance, and Financial Frauds.
