The start of any endeavour is always to get the basics right. The same holds very true with Analytics. With you having implemented some part of analytics in your organization, we are sure there is a growing demand for more, both, from your colleagues in HR as well from your business managers.
If this is what you identify with, then this course is just right for you, as we aim to build on the basics you have learnt and ensure you learn the advance techniques with same ease and then go back and make a bigger difference in your organization. Be the Change Maker that your organisation is constantly on the look out for!
Prerequisite
This programme focuses on how to make advance data driven strategies and decision making, in a very experiential learning environment. While the focus remains HR, Analytics remains at the core of the teaching-learning experience, so as to bring out the synergies between the two areas.
On completion of the programme, participants will be able to apply the advanced tools and concepts essential for data-driven decision-making in their organization-wide work areas in a very practical and relevant manner.
By using an experiential learning methodology, participants will experience hands-on learning using tools, live-data and case studies to develop insights and foresights and prepare a strategy plan that is actionable in their current work, thereby adding value to themselves and their organisations.
This programme is designed for managers and analysts aspiring to be in a decision making role that requires analysis of using data, though no prior experience in programming/analysis/statistics is necessary.
