Shri Suresh Prabhu is a 6 times Member of Parliament and Government of India Sherpa to G20 & G7 engaging with global leadership for framing national & global policies and leading delegations across the globe. He is also a former Union Minister for Railways, Commerce & Industry, and Civil Aviation, where he led the departments through his vision, execution skills, and thought leadership. He had managed more than 10 portfolios in the state as well as union ministries in his long impactful career. He has also led several global level forums, industry & govt. associations and worked across sectors and geographies in the fields of trade, finance & banking, environment, water management issues, to name a few. Also, he has been the youngest chairman of the largest cooperative bank. He is a chartered accountant (C.A.).
