In order to compete today, CEOs and business leaders need evolutionary skills that will ensure the survival of their businesses in a fast-changing climate. LC Singh is a distinguished alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology, BHU, and an alumnus of Harvard Business School. Skilled in Management, Strategic Planning, Business Development, Leadership, and Strategy, LC is a pioneer of information technology of India and before founding Nihilent in 2000. He was the Senior Vice President (Marketing) at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). He briefly worked with Zensar Technologies as the President and CEO.
LC is the author of Nihilent’s patented change management framework, MC³, and the customer Loyalty framework, 14 signals. LC is a Fellow of The Institute of Management Consultants of India (IMCI) and the Computer Society of India (CSI), and a certified Due Diligence Professional (CDDP).
He is an internationally recognized thought leader on Design & Systems Thinking. LC is also a regular speaker at leading global conferences on Design Thinking, Change Management, and Digital Disruption. He scripted and produced the movie ‘Banaras, A mystic love story and is a professional wildlife photographer. He continues to be a student of ontology and epistemology.
