REGISTER NOWProf. Smita Chaudhry is a faculty in the Department of Human Resources. She teaches in the under-graduate and post graduate programmes in the domain of human resource management. The courses taken by her are Leadership, Change Management, Strategic and Global HRM, Team Management and Organizational Development. Prof. Smita is a doctorate in Organizational Behavior from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta. Her thesis explores behavioral and affective response to partner opportunism in client vendor relationships. She has published papers in research journals, and presented in various international conferences. Prior to pursuing Ph.D., Smita was engaged in process and information technology consulting for over ten years in one of the Big Four consulting firms. Her experience spans diverse sectors like education, utilities, engineering, manufacturing, consumer durables, FMCG, real estate and finance. Smita is a post graduate in management from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
