In this session, Dr. Bharat Damani will share frameworks and experience of converting an idea into a product or service. REGISTER NOWBharat is a product of IIT Kanpur and IIT Bombay. He has worked with manufacturing start-ups and scaling businesses for their fund, non-fund and strategic needs since 1986. He has consulted Japanese companies like DIC Corporation, Nichimen Corporation, Nippon Kodo, NTT Data, and Toyota Tsusho Corporation (during 1995-2005) for joint venture partner identification, evaluating market potential, business valuation, and exits. He has also consulted companies like Tata Chemicals, Aquapharm Chemicals, A.T.E. Enterprises, Cooper Foundry, EcoAxis Systems, Gera Developments, Pune Carbide, Tata Capital and Union Batteries for their project and financial management requirements. Bharat has been a faculty in Finance and Entrepreneurship at institutions like Sydenham Institute of Management, FLAME University, Symbiosis, Tata Institute of Social Sciences, and IIT Bombay. With his vast experience, Bharat created 'The CESS Framework' to help nurture start-ups and social enterprises become cash-flow sustainable.
