Prof. Cayla draws from anthropology to study market phenomena. Most recently, Prof. Cayla has been involved in a research program on the service industry and customer experiences. His work has appeared in the Journal of Consumer Research, the Journal of Marketing, Organization Studies, and MIT Sloan Management Review.
He serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Consumer Research. His research has been recognized with multiple awards, including the MSI Alden Clayton Award and the Nanyang Business School Research Award. Several media outlets have published his work, including The Atlantic, the BBC, La Stampa, and Channel News Asia. Currently, he serves as an Associate Editor for the Journal of Consumer Research. |
