Speaker Bio: Vivek Mani is currently the CEO at Heritage Novandie Foods Private Limited.
A simple piece of advice once given by his first line Manager, “Whenever you get comfortable in your current role, start thinking like the next senior role” has been one of the key Mantra in Vivek Mani’s successful career path. Standing true to this statement, Vivek ensured climbing the growth ladder quickly, making him achieve his current role at a very young age.
Vivek is primarily driving the India operations of the company, ensuring effective go-to-market strategy and availability of the brand, Mamie Yova.
Having said that, Vivek does not shy away from bringing his hands-on expertise into every task/department part of the value chain, ensuring a much-polished outcome. He is well-versed with every element of the value chain, which makes him a well-informed leader who can strategically drive the company's business objectives.
Vivek and his team of 40 have been tirelessly working towards bringing the brand to as many houses in India as possible, thereby ensuring more and more smiles are delivered. He and his team are collectively responsible for successfully delivering the brand promise starting from production and procurement to sales and marketing, with stringent quality control parameters. Vivek’s previous stints include Royal Canin ( MARS Inc.), CavinKare, Almarai, amongst others. He is an MBA in Marketing and Operations from IIT, Madras. He additionally holds a B.Tech degree in Dairy Technology from Gujarat Agricultural University.
Vivek has won accolades for driving Strategic Marketing Initiatives in Royal Canin and is an awardee of the Best Line Manager.

Prof. Preetha Menon: Prof. Menon is Head of Department and Associate Professor - Advertising & Branding at FLAME University. She holds a doctorate degree in Management Studies from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras. She also holds an M.M.S. degree (Marketing) from University of Mumbai and PGD in Advertising and Marketing from Xavier Institute of Communication.

Prof. Menon's current research includes consumer neuroscience and experimental research on advertising and branding topics. She is well-published in international journals of repute like European Journal of Marketing, Journal of Strategic Marketing, International Journal of Innovation Science, Media Watch amongst others.
