Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) and FLAME University are jointly organising a two-day, National Seminar on "Indian Cinema and Soft Power" on 3rd-4th May 2022 in Mumbai. This is the first-of-its-kind event being hosted at Raj Bhavan on the first day and Films Division on the second, exploring issues related to this very important yet largely ignored aspect of discourse about India’s Soft Power.
