Human resources, a critical function in any organization, has a significant impact on employee engagement, retention, and the overall success of the business. However, with HR functions evolving over the years, it has become essential to keep up with the changing roles. In the upcoming session, FLAME alumna Yogini Chaudhari will share about her journey so far, along with the learnings she has gained through diverse experiences. She will also share insights on some interesting and new-age roles in the HR space and touch upon the skills and mindsets that can help individuals become valuable assets to an organization.

With eight years of experience in Human Resource Management, Yogini Chaudhari has a passion for continuous learning and is eager to share her knowledge. Currently, she leads the Learning and Development function and DEI charter at Xiaomi India and places a strong emphasis on putting the human element at the forefront of all her work. Her dedication to making long-lasting improvements has been recognized by her organization, and she remains committed to driving positive change.
