Arushi is a dedicated public policy analyst with a strong passion for social change. After completing her undergraduate degree with a major in Sociology at FLAME, she started her journey as a Teach For India Fellow, reinforcing her commitment to making a positive impact. She later worked as a Consultant at the Delhi Commission for Women and served as a Legislative Assistant to MP Swati Maliwal, advocating for critical social issues. Currently, she is contributing to impactful policy research and advocacy at The Quantum Hub, where she continues to champion social justice through a feminist lens.
