The Centre for Experimental Social Sciences (CESS) Nuffield – FLAME University welcomes our 2018 Predoctoral Fellow, Nirvikar Jassal. Nirvikar is a Ph.D. candidate in Political Science at the University of California, Berkeley. He conducted a workshop on 30th August, 2017 to refine a research design for an upcoming experimental research project with CESS Nuffield – FLAME University Director Sharon Barnhardt.

Before moving to California, Nirvikar worked at the Council on Foreign Relations where he assisted in the development of the organization’s Model Diplomacy initiative. Nirvikar also served as a media analyst in the office of New York City mayor Michael Bloomberg. He earned a B.A. from Columbia University in 2010, and completed his masters at the University of Oxford in 2012.
