- Applicants will be required to submit a Statement of Purpose, CV/Resume and a brief outline of proposed research along with the application form.
- Applicants found eligible will appear in a written test (PhD-FEAT) that will gauge the aptitude, subject knowledge and motivation to pursue research. This written test is the next qualifying stage of the selection process. The syllabus of the test shall consist of 50% research aptitude and 50% subject matter.
- Applicants who have qualified CSIR/UGC – NET/JRF (in the last one year) may be exempted from taking the entrance test.
- Those who successfully meet the above requirements will be invited for an online interview.
Please note that the University Doctoral Committee shall be the final decision-making authority on decisions related to all the above-mentioned matters.
