Similar to faculty mentoring, peer mentoring is also a step taken by FLAME where students are assigned to senior students who mentor them and make their life at FLAME better. This really helps students as they can relate to their mentors and have more faith in the solutions provided and advice given by their mentors. Also forms great camaraderie and life-long friendships.
