The journey of my semester abroad at Indiana University, Kelley School of Business, has been transformative and profoundly humbling. It's difficult to encapsulate in words the depth of what I've experienced, but it has undoubtedly left an indelible mark on my life.

I come from Reunion Island, a French overseas department in the Indian Ocean, to learn more about my roots and this amazing country.

I am Ananya Gupta, a third-year student at FLAME University. I am majoring in Finance with a minor in Economics. I represented FLAME as a study abroad student at The Kelley School of Business, Indiana University from January to May of 2022.

I am Riya Bahadur, a third year student at FLAME University. I am majoring in finance and minoring in digital marketing and communications. 

I am fortunate to be a part of a university which has such incredible opportunities for students and while we don't realise it while we are in FLAME, the liberal arts education in FLAME does prepare us for the outside world.

I went for the semester abroad program in Wellesley College which is pretty close to Boston. I had a really good time.

FLAME Campus is beautiful and the facilities in good shape. It is easy and convenient to get around the campus, especially by bicycle.

My stay at FLAME University in Pune was a great personal and academic enrichment for me. Therefore, I wish to encourage everyone who is given the opportunity to go ahead and do it.

I came back as an adult, though I still won’t pretend I have all the answers, but Toronto taught me to stop looking, and just enjoy things wherever possible.

Pre-conceived notions and biased assumptions are usually present before venturing into a new environment. However over time one realizes that these assumptions.

I remember sitting in the airplane and wondering if I had made the right decision. As I passed through skies that changed its colours, my mind reflected on thoughts of its own. It was my last year in college, would I be missing out on a semester worth of memories?

In the second semester of my second year at FLAME University, I got an opportunity to go for a semester exchange at Kelley School of Business, Indiana University (IU), in Bloomington, Indiana.

I enjoyed my stay in India at FLAME University very much, even though the beginning was not as easy as expected.

During Fall 2019, I had the opportunity to be part of the study abroad program at the Kelley school of business in Bloomington, Indiana.

Studying at DHBW, Ravensburg was not a plan that had been a long time in the making.

I visited Wellesley College for the Spring semester of 2018 as an exchange student. I went with another FLAME student from my batch, Manojna Lanka.

Administration was always really smooth at FLAME, and really responsible, even when I was not responsible! Whether it was helping with registering for courses.
