Setting Out on a Transformative Journey: Kriti Bhargava’s Empowering Experience at the Uni20 Conference

I am thrilled to recount the extraordinary experience I had as a speaker at the prestigious Uni20 Conference. This remarkable event, organized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) and Symbiosis International (Deemed University) (SIU), brought together esteemed academics and educational leaders from G20 countries to discuss the pivotal role of universities in shaping a better world.

The conference provided an enlightening platform for me to interact with educational leaders worldwide, expanding my horizons and deepening my understanding of the global educational landscape.

A Captivating Exploration of Perspectives

While representing FLAME University, I had the honor of participating in the exclusive student roundtable focused on "What kind of universities do students wish for?" This roundtable brought together exceptional students from renowned universities around the world, alongside Chancellors, Vice Chancellors, Presidents, and Senior Leaders from Indian and international universities. Engaging with these brilliant minds was an enriching experience that offered captivating explorations of diverse perspectives and ideas.

The Power of Interdisciplinary Education and Life Skills

During my session, I passionately delved into the captivating synergy between interdisciplinary education and the integration of life skills within university curricula. I emphasized how these aspects align with the vision of the G20 and the United Nations' 2030 Agenda, highlighting their transformative potential to drive economic growth, foster inclusive education, and nurture sustainable development.

Expanding Horizons and Deepening Understanding

The conference provided an enlightening platform for me to interact with educational leaders worldwide, expanding my horizons and deepening my understanding of the global educational landscape. From insightful discussions to fruitful networking, every moment spent with these visionary minds will be cherished, motivating me to continue working towards building a better future through education.

Embracing an Incredible Opportunity

Furthermore, I am thrilled to share an incredible opportunity that arose as a direct result of my participation in the roundtable conference. Inspired by my speech, Dr. Daniel Rycroft, Chair of India Dialogue, University of East Anglia, an esteemed professor from the United Kingdom extended a personal invitation to be a part of his initiative on the sustainability journey of learners and schools. This opportunity is a testament to the power of meaningful connections and the impact our voices can have on shaping the future of education.

FLAME University: A Cherished Second Home

I express my deepest gratitude to FLAME University for being a cherished second home to me. The administration and esteemed faculty are not only approachable but also possess profound expertise in their respective fields, offering immense prospects for every student on a grand scale. The interdisciplinary curriculum provided by the university plays a pivotal role in equipping us with a comprehensive understanding of diverse subjects, ultimately enabling us to navigate real-life scenarios with enhanced ease.

Discovering a Potential Beyond Academics through Co-curricular Activities

Additionally, extensive involvement in various co-curricular activities at FLAME University presents us with a remarkable platform to showcase and cultivate our skills and talents. These enriching opportunities further enhance our personal growth and enable us to discover our potential in a supportive and nurturing environment.

I extend my heartfelt gratitude to the FLAME faculty for entrusting me with this incredible opportunity. Their guidance and support have been invaluable, shaping my perspective and enabling me to contribute meaningfully to these critical discussions.
