Mr. Nemish Shah is the Co-Founder of ENAM, one of the most reputed and respectable investment houses in India. Initially, he co-founded ENAM as a broking entity in 1984. Soon after this, ENAM entered the investment banking profession and within six months climbed to the top of the league tables in the IPO market. ENAM has been instrumental in multiple reputed IPO’s in the country since its inception. With his core interest lying in investment research, Mr. Shah is credited with pioneering investment research in India, a novel concept at that time in India.
Mr. Parag Shah is the Former Founder and the Chairman of FLAME (Foundation for Liberal and Management Education) Institute. He is the Chief Mentor of MIDAS - an acronym for Management, Innovation, Design, Arts and Social Sciences. He is also the Managing Director of Oxford Golf and Country Club.
Prof. Indira Parikh is the Former Founder President of FLAME University. Previously, she was the Dean of IIM-Ahmedabad from 2002 to 2005. She was also a faculty member at IIM-Ahmedabad for over 30 years. Prof. Indira has also taught at INSEAD, Fontainebleau and Texas A&M University. She has specialised in organisation development and design, and institution building.
Mr. Vallabh Bhanshali is a leading investment banker, investor, venture capitalist and Capital Markets expert of the country. He is the Co-Founder and Chairman of the ENAM group. He is a Trustee of the Bombay Stock Exchange and serves on various committees of the Stock Exchange, SEBI and other bodies. A person with diversified interests, Mr. Bhanshali has lectured throughout his career and conducted professional level seminars in the behavioural field and published several articles in professional and other magazines.
Mr. Anil Singhvi is Chairman of Ican Investment Advisors Pvt. Ltd, a Corporate Advisory firm. He has over 30 years of experience in the corporate sector, out of which he was at Ambuja Cements Ltd. For 22 years. During this time, he rose from Manager to Managing Director & CEO. A Chartered Accountant, Anil Singhvi played a defining role in making Ambuja Cements.
Prof. Dishan Kamdar is the Vice Chancellor of FLAME University. He took charge of this position on August 8, 2018. Prior to this, he was the Deputy Dean of Academic Programmes and Professor of Organisational Behaviour at the Indian School of Business (ISB). A leading researcher, senior faculty member, executive coach to CEOs of renowned corporates and family businesses in India, and a favourite professor to all his students, Prof. Dishan handles these multifaceted roles with equal ease.
Dr. Devi Singh is recognised as one of the top academic leaders in India who has created and transformed institutions of higher learning. He was the Director of the Indian Institute of Management-Lucknow (IIM-L) for ten and half years. He is a well-known Professor of International Finance & Management. IIM-L took major strides and made all around progress under his dynamic leadership. IIM-L is today counted as one of the top IIMs in India. Before joining IIM-L, he was the Director of Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon, for four and half years.
Mr. Manish Chokhani is one of India’s most respected financial market experts having built /led multiple institutions. He is best known for his role as MD and CEO of ENAM Securities, an iconic home-grown investment bank that was regarded as the trusted “house banker” to some of India’s best known business groups including Infosys, Zee, Birla, Reliance, Vedanta, Raheja and Future groups.
Durgesh Shah, with his degrees in Commerce, Law and a Diploma in Finance (University of Mumbai), set up Corporate Database while managing the institutional desk at ENAM. Corporate Database Pvt. Ltd. has evolved into a family office over four decades. It has worked with the most respected business media houses including Economic Times & Business Standard, rating agencies, like CRISIL and Economist Intelligence Unit, contributing market related articles and reports in the 1980s and 1990s.
Mr. Tejas Trivedi has been in the capital markets since 1993. After receiving a rich experience of core research at Corporate Database (equity research-based organisation), he has been associated with Anvil group, a broking and wealth management organisation. As a Chartered Accountant and a Cost Accountant, his core interests lie in research, investments and yoga.
Krutarth Shah is a member of the proprietary investing team of ENAM Holdings Pvt. Ltd. ENAM Holdings is a privately managed principal investment group with a long heritage of investing in the Indian capital markets. He holds a master’s degree from Cass Business School, City University London and a B.S. from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Massachusetts, U.S.A. He has ten years of industry experience. His passion lies in creating and building institutions. Krutarth is an ardent follower of the latest technological trends. His energy, enthusiasm and interpersonal skills help him negotiate the complex enterprise of building a world class university. He is an avid photographer and enjoys singing and travelling.

Virender Sharma is a postgraduate in English from Punjab University and holds a Ph.D. in Education from the University of Pune.
With over four decades’ association with some of the leading and premier educational institutions of the country, he brings a wealth of experience and expertise in academic administration. Before joining FLAME, he was the Head of Administration of the National Institute of Bank Management (NIBM), Pune, for over ten years. Preceding that, he held the position of Registrar at the National Defence Academy (NDA), Pune.
