Mr. Anil Singhvi is Chairman of Ican Investment Advisors Pvt. Ltd, a Corporate Advisory firm. He has over 30 years of experience in the corporate sector, out of which he was at Ambuja Cements Ltd. For 22 years. During this time, he rose from Manager to Managing Director & CEO. A Chartered Accountant, Anil Singhvi played a defining role in making Ambuja Cements.

In 2011, he conceptualised and advised the merger of ENAM, one of the largest investment banks in India, with Axis Bank. Recently, he found IIAS (Institutional Investor Advisory Services India Ltd), a proxy advisory company for Institutional Investors. This is a pioneering effort in India for improving Corporate Governance and accountability of the Corporates. Mr. Singhvi is on various boards of companies, some of which are Hindustan Construction Co. Ltd, HCC Infrastructure Ltd, Subex Ltd, Institutional Investor Advisory Services India Ltd, Greatship (India) Limited and Lavasa Corporation Ltd. He is also closely associated with SAMPARC- a non-government organisation (founded in 1990) that helps to empower destitute children. Apart from this, he is also on the Indian Advisory Board of Habitat for Humanity, an NGO involved with the construction of houses for needy and poor people.
