FLAME University offers a one-year full-time Postgraduate Program in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. FLAME University's PGPEI is committed to develop professionals who are competent in their chosen domain, focused towards entrepreneurship and family businesses, sensitive to the environment and culture, responsible to the stakeholders, ethical in all doings and global in their outlook and approach.
The program achieves these objectives by having very thorough and rigorous academic processes, updated and relevant curriculum, entrepreneurship, innovation and family business management courses, extensive industry interaction, sports and vibrant student activities in a residential setting in FLAME University’s picturesque campus. The program beckons you to respond to newer challenges and discover the unlimited talent in the participant. The program not only develops leaders for today, but also endows them with lifelong skills through imbibing the spirit of enquiry via case study method, developing an entrepreneurial mindset along with business execution capabilities, taking winning and losing in their stride via sports, learn to respect fellow human beings, and provide a holistic entrepreneurship, innovation and family business management education.
The objective of the program is to create entrepreneurs who can build sustainable new ventures based on innovative solutions (products / services) and disruptive business models through knowledge of innovation, entrepreneurship and management.
Develop the ability to synthesize the knowledge in various functional areas to respond to current and emerging business situations.
Develop abilities to constantly enquire, explore, and discover new ways of thinking, critically analyzing and creatively conceptualizing new business opportunities and business models with a global perspective.
On completion of the program, students will acquire knowledge, skill and competencies to:
Strengthen and nurture all aspects of an entrepreneurial mindset to take significant risks, think big, continuously try new things, solve problems, handle complex situations and other traits required to build and lead a new venture successfully.
Apply methods and tools of innovation to identify entrepreneurial opportunities, generate ideas for novel products/solutions and develop prototypes for testing in the market.
Build a differentiated product/solution at scale, develop a disruptive business model and launch product/solution in local and global markets.
Raise venture investment at different stages of an entrepreneurial journey to accelerate product development and growth of new venture.
Establish, operate and expand new venture using the management practices related to project management, hiring and nurturing talent, sales, marketing, communication and branding.
Collaborate with people, investors, institutions, government, and companies according to the needs of new venture strategies, tactics and operations for achieving accelerated growth.
Effectively communicate with all stakeholders, negotiate and comply with all norms related to the existing /new venture.
