All MBA (Communications Management) students are mandated to complete an independent Graduation Project. The objective is to let a student conceive and complete, within the given time frame, a major project, in the area of his/her specialization, using all his/her learning during the two-year MBA (Communications Management) program and to create a document (and a film, if relevant,) that showcases his/her learning to the industry where he/she seeks to make a career. For students majoring in Advertising and Branding and Digital Marketing and Communications, the project should have a research component and a strategic analysis component. The research work must include detailed market investigation, including primary field survey wherever required, and interviews with concerned parties and experts. The strategy component must include detailed analysis and a set of recommendations to achieve the objective. For students specializing in Film and Television Management, the project should have a project proposal as well as a completed independent fiction film or a documentary film.
